ELEMENT ASSY HEATER BACK
If a WS vehicle, built after 8/24/22, comes with heated seats complain of turning itself off after a few minutes or totally inoperative. Prior to repair, please contact FCA Redacted Content If no response in 15 minutes, please do the following: 1. Note any DTCs stored or active during the vehicle scan. 2. Do not discard heater mat if it has been replaced for any reason. 3. Please help engineering gathering more information, share your findings including a scan report with: FCA Redacted Content
