It sounds like the vehicle has 150k miles and has strut problems. Does not sound like a quality build. Numerous complaints about the Trailhawk trim w right front clunks. Struts, sway bars, sway bar linkers are commonly accused but isn't the fix. No known fix has been identified but is Trailhawk specific or off road package specific.
