The contact owns a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The contact stated that after purchasing the vehicle brand new and driving to the residence, he became aware that the owner's manual was missing information for hybrid system operation. The dealer was notified of the failure and confirmed that the owner's manual was designed for the vehicle, The manufacturer was contacted and informed the contact that the supplemental information for the hybrid system operation was available on the manufacturer's website. The failure mileage was approximately 75. The contact stated that the jeep Grand Cherokee -??hybrid supplement-?? manual does exist and was sent to him. making the situation all the more confusing and frustrating to the consumer.
