The contact owns a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The contact stated while driving 35 mph, the sunroof glass exploded without warning. The contact pulled over and inspected the sunroof for a possible impact point however, there was none. The vehicle was not diagnosed nor repaired. There were no injuries. An appointment was scheduled to replace the sunroof at the local dealer. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 3,000.
