This bulletin involves reprogramming the PCM with the latest available software.The PCM software update is also being released as a generic release to support PCM replacement only in service (North America only).
This software enables the following functions: Active Vehicle Speed Limiters (AVSL)(EMEA only). Intelligent Speed Assist (ISA)(EMEA only).
