The contact owns a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The contact stated while driving approximately 57 MPH, the vehicle began to lose motive power. The contact stated she depressed the accelerator pedal to the floor and the vehicle kept losing motive power. The contact stated that she was able to pull over and turned the vehicle off. The contact stated that the vehicle turned on only after multiple attempts; however, the vehicle went into "LIMP Mode" and would not accelerate to exceed 5 MPH.
