I have had this car for two long years (leased) and the air suspension has just broken for the FOURTH time. The car made an awful grinding type of noise and then the message came up to have the air suspension serviced immediately. The air suspension was last repaired less than two weeks ago at which time I agreed to leave my car at the dealership for two days for them to work out the problem. The dealership service department is always able to get it working again, but is still not able to figure out the source of the problem, as the same issue keeps occurring.
The service adviser at the dealership is very nice and great to work with. I can't fault him for anything since he neither made the car nor is the one trying to repair it. During the last repair appointment I had requested (through the sales department) that the dealership take the car back since it's clearly a lemon. I have a year left on my lease and don't want to keep having to have the same problem fixed. Even though the work is covered by the warranty, I don't have the time, energy or patience to keep dealing with this. The only way that the dealership will let me turn my car in early is to lease a new car at which time they would charge me an extra $3,000 to cover the difference between the payoff amount and current value they put on the car. Truly insulting!
