Noticed front of my hood bubbling in quite a few areas. I bought an extended warranty on vehicle, but I don’t believe this is covered. Who is responsible to fix? Should I be charged? Do I go back to the dealer I bought it from, or can I go to a Dodge dealer? I bought it with about 20,000 miles. Thanks for any answers or input.
