dealer installed 5w-20 instead of 0w-20
I discovered the Jeep Dealer had installed 5w-20 instead of 0w-20 on two oil changes. After asking Jeep Care to extend the engine warranty to 100K miles. They denied my request. Now I have a brand new car with suspect engine life.
