The contact owns a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. While driving 20 mph in inclement weather, the defroster was activated but failed to completely defrost the entire windshield. The top of the windshield remained frozen. In addition, the windshield wiper froze on the windshield and failed to function. The failure recurred on numerous occasions. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 7,100. Updated 03/10/16
