automatic beam stopped working within 2 months
The automated high beam function was dead within 2 months of new car purchase. I do a lot of night driving on a busy and very dark route therefore I have to use the manual high beam function. Manually switching on and off is just a nightmare considering the amount of traffic on my route. I mentioned the problem on my first routine vehicle service and was told I should have mentioned it earlier, there was not enough time to address that and I was advised to use the manual option until next service. When I bought this car I really liked this automated high beam function but I soon realised it was too good to be true. I hate my Jeep, it is not as efficient as they advertise it. I bought a big piece of expensive s**t. I am disgusted at how everyone at the dealership was telling me they are there to help if any problems occur, and how they suddenly change attitudes and they do not want to hear from me when I have problems.
