Hi. This is Rob. I am deaf. I am getting PISSED. I brought this as a used car at Ford dealer in Henderson, Nevada and brought extended warranty. Now my Jeep is dealing with the motor shaking and it was brought to my local mechanic shop and they found that the cylinder misfired and need the whole cylinder head and gasket and spark plugs and etc. replaced. Wow, that cost me 2,700. I am trying to get a hold of the idiot financial person to talk to and not even one ever returns my calls... Wow.

Then I complained to the Chrysler Headquarters and I asked them about my Jeep. They said I do have 6 year warranty on it which I didn't know but, how sad that all of the 6 year warranty is already expired and they can't even find my extend warranty. So Chrysler Headquarters says their bottom favorite line is "OH I am sorry. That all they can do."

But they work and sit and answer the phone and get a BIG FAT PAYCHECK for not helping me, and the same as FORD COUNTRY dealership too. I can't believe it and not even the idiot financial person will call me back which I left serval message and I am trying to get hold of General Manager. They saying he is busy... Busy from what??? It's just sitting down in the office to get the paycheck. It is hard for me to communicate because I am deaf.

Grand Cherokee Limited 3.0L Ecodiesel

  • Automatic transmission

Dealership sold me the vehicle with the check engine light turned off. Diagnostic readout showed the codes had been cleared 15 miles before I took possession of the vehicle. Fighting with the dealership crooks now. LITHIA IS THE DEVIL.

Grand Cherokee Limited 3.2L V6

  • Automatic transmission

The check engine light was switched on and stayed for couple days then switched off. After a few days driving, the problem occurred once again. It didn't switch off this time after 4~5 days. So I called dealer service dept, I was told it should be still safe to drive if the light is on and stable, if the light starts flushing, then I should stop driving and bring it in immediately. So I keep driving the car, after another 3 days, the light switched off automatically. However, after a few days, it came back on again. So I scheduled an appointment (on coming 8/26) with dealer. I will update after the appointment.
