I have had my 2014 Diesel Jeep Grand Cherokee in the shop twice in the last year for what I will call a shuttering problem. The first time I took my Jeep in it had approximately 5,000 miles on it. When I accelerated to around 45 miles an hour my Jeep would start to shutter and shake. I would have to either let up off the gas or give it more gas.
I took it into the dealership and they said they had a fix for it. They said it was a software update. I picked my Jeep up and everything seemed good for awhile. I now have approximately 15,000 miles on my vehicle and it started doing the shutter shaking thing again. No specific mile range and does not do it all of the time. It gets really scary when you are on the freeway.
I took my vehicle back to the dealership last week and they had it for a couple days. They said there were new software updates. So they did the software updates and I took my Jeep home. It is now 4 days later and my vehicle is doing the same thing. Has anyone out there had this problem and actually had it fixed and what was the fix?
