Take this vehicle for a lonnnnnggggggg test drive. It seemed perfectly fine when I test drove this vehicle for 30 mins before buying it.
More than 2 hours of driving, and this car is damned uncomfortable on the back. There is little to no support. The seats are hard. The sides bolsters flatten quickly, due to poor quality foam which disintegrates over time. I have a limited with the regular leather. The leather is fine, but the foam is flat as a pancake.
I am literally bent over in pain after driving for more than 3 hours. I still owe $27,000 on this vehicle and it hurts to drive it. I called Chrysler, and they say call the dealer. I call the dealer and they say they've never heard of the problem and have no clue.
I tried the seats in the brand new GC Saturday and they are still making them the same way! This " Luxury " vehicle is no luxury for your back and creates sciatica!
