Shortly after Larry H. Miller (Rio Rancho) replaces the driver seatbelt, (over 3 separate appointments), the driver side headrest deployed and was not able to be reset because of the plastic snapping. Nothing else is wrong with our Jeep except for the mild scrapes on the hood form a technician not being responsible with a customers vehicle. The repair for the headrest will cost close to or over $750. To replace the headrest looks like an easy task, but trying to find them "New" is a challenge unless you purchase them from the dealer.
I'll never go to the Rio Rancho dealership again due to the inconvenience of the manager.
Might even be worth replacing the entire seat since it's only a few more hundred dollars more.
