The contact owns a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The contact stated while driving 35 MPH, the contact noticed smoke coming from the sunroof. The contact stated that the smoke turned into flames. The contact was able to pull over and the fire department was contacted, and they were able to extinguish the fire. There were no injuries reported. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, and they stated that no failure was found. The contact's insurance also diagnosed the vehicle they stated that it could be a wiring issue. The manufacturer was contacted and provided no assistance. The failure mileage was 115,000.
