Car won't start. Had alternator, battery, computer, and wires replaced 2 months ago for 2 grand, and yet.. another exact same problem.

Grand Cherokee V6

I recently purchased used 2007 Jeep Commander. In less than one week the transmission acted up, power steering quit yet motor still running at idle. Turned off eng and restarted and took it home. My point is! Jeep has had this problem for MANY years and has not solved it yet!! I currently own 2013 Grd Cherokee which has been working normal - fortunately. But reading all these reports is a shame! It's definitely a computer problem telling the transmissions what to do. It's a serious Safety problem too! Rebooting computer doesn't work, changing sensors doesn't work, Jeep should be ashamed that they do not have the experts to fix this problem after all these years. I love my Commander but not if it continues to act up.
