Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to draw your kind attention that I have purchased Grand Cherokee LTD Plate No 443031 – 2013 Model on February 2013 form (Ahmed Zayani & Sons Co), and since then I have been encountering sever problem of (burning Oil smell coming inside the car cabinet while driving) .
The problem has been addressed for more than four times with: 1- Ahmed Zayani & Sons Co, operation, Maintenance, and Legal advisor (managers), in two meetings and more than one e-mail, Manama, Bahrain. 2- Chrysler Middle East Customer Service Center, 00971 43179498 and via email at; cgmecc@chryslercrm.net , Dubai , UAE. 3- Chrysler Customer Assistance Center, Chrysler Group LLC, B.O.Box 21-8004, Auburn Hills, MI 48321-8004, 877-426-5337, Michigan, USA. The concerns also has been recorded officially as per the following maintenance Job cards related car No: 443031 subject to (burned oil smell) and (Gear concerns) for more than six months on (Ahmed Zayani & Sons Co) maintenance shop track records as following :
1- Job card no 34746 dated on 09/10/2013 (burning Oil smell coming inside while driving). 2- Job card no 42523 dated on 06/03/2014 (burning Oil smell coming from AC VENT & CHECK GEAR). 3- Job card no 44091 dated on 05/04/2014 (burning Oil smell coming from AC VENT & CHECK GEAR). 4- Job card no 44303 dated on 08/04/2014 (burning Oil smell while accelerating).
After suffering during this long time of this manufacturing defect (Ahmed Zayani & Sons Co) Response was: (Ahmed Zayani & Sons Co) came with unprofessional response: (Recalibrating A/C Flap system) as continued excuse statement during the four maintenance visits subject to my compliant!! Their maintenance center couldn’t prove sufficient solution, which resulted in clear failure for them as the authorized service agent to repair the car.
Chrysler Middle East Customer Service Center Response was: They promised to replay back within 48 Hours. However until this moment of drafting this letter there was no any official response at all.
However, the burning Oil smell is still coming out causing me and my family with three kid’s health concerns since I got the vehicle from (Ahmed Zayani & Sons Co) …
The car No : 443031 still under official warrantee, passing only 18,550 KM only.
Coming from pure positive manner to solve this problem, I would kindly ask Consumer Protection Directorate to interfere here serving my rights as consumer.
I have attached the maintenance job cards here in, and I am ready to provide all the pervious communications with (Ahmed Zayani & Sons Co) and Chrysler Middle East Office in Dubai for your reference..
