2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee power steering is whining loudly while idling and in motion fluid is being lost.. occasional vibration in steering system when cornering.
The contact owns a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The contact stated that while driving at 5 mph, the steering wheel seized as the power steering warning light illuminated. The vehicle was towed to a dealer and was diagnosed that the power steering component failed. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure.
