The contact owns a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The contact stated while his wife was driving around a roundabout and stopping the vehicle, the vehicle shut off. The driver continued depressing the Push-to-Start button however, the vehicle failed to restart. The driver was assisted with moving the vehicle from the roadway. There were no warning lights illuminated. The vehicle was towed to the local dealer, where it was diagnosed that the fuse box and fuse in the engine compartment were burned and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not contacted. The failure mileage was approximately 160,116.
