The contact owns a 2009 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The contact stated that the vehicle's undercarriage was rusted due to salt exposure. The vehicle was taken to car line (3335 jefferson davis hwy, stafford, va 22554) where it was diagnosed that the shocks and control arms had fractured due to the rust. In addition, the frame and suspension were severely rusted. The contact stated that the engine pulleys, shocks, brakes, and rotors were replaced. The manufacturer had not been contacted. The failure mileage was 132,000.
