I don't understand what the problem is. My wife had it "fixed" at Pine Belt Jeep twice at $105 a pop. However, the problem persists. From what I gather, the linkage falls off and renders the door useless. Now I'm no rocket surgeon, but you'd think they would come up with a retaining clip or some other sort of notfalloffsifier to keep it from happening over and over and over.
