The contact owns a 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The contact stated that the front and rear passenger side door handles were fractured. The contact had to open the window in order to exit the vehicle. The dealer was notified but offered no assistance. The vehicle had not been repaired. The failure and current mileages were 170,000.
The contact owns 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee. While driving 15 mph, the doors locked automatically. When driving with the windows down, the locks pinched the contact's left arm between the elbow and the shoulder. The manufacturer stated that this was not their responsibility. The current mileage was 24,286 and failure mileage was 17,500. Updated 01/02/08. The button on the door lockshas a groove around it below the top that caused it to pinch the consumers arm.
