: the contact stated the illumination of the instrument panel flickered and failed on three separate occasions. The service brake warning light illuminated each time. On two of those occasions, the brake pedal went mushy, but began operating after the brake pedal was pumped several times. The headlights failed to illuminate on the last occasion while traveling 45 mph. The vehicle was returned to the service dealer three different times for service, but the problems continued.
