I had 237,774 miles on my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee and was told by Mike Albert that I needed my right rear rotors, a set of pads, brake hoses and brake fluid replaced, and it was going to cost me $390.58. I was a bit leary since I had been having problems with his work and poor communication. However, I decided to get the work done. Last week, believe it or not, I heard the same noise I heard "prior" to the work being done by Mr. Albert but I decided to take it to another auto repair garage. Well, the exact same work described earlier here needed to be redone. This cost me $368.92. Now here is the kicker, I had only driven the car 4000 miles since the original work was done by Mike Albert. When I called Mike to discuss this he told me that if there was a problem with the calipers it could cause this problem. BUT, there weren't any problems with the calipers and with that he hung up on me.
