The contact owns a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Both of the front doors would not open from the outside of the vehicle. The contact stated that she had to enter the vehicle from the rear in order to open the front doors. The vehicle was not taken to the dealer for diagnostic testing. The contact stated that intermittently none of the doors would open from outside of the vehicle which forced her to enter the vehicle from the trunk. The failure mileage was unknown and the current mileage was 55,936.
Locks failed in December of 2006. Cannot lock up the car. Dealer charged me $100 dollars to tell me that the unit inside the door failed. Wants $500 dollars to repair it. The car is a 2004 model Jeep Grand Cherokee.
