Driver window failed. Typical. Long laundry list of problems with this jeep. Most disappointing is that when under warranty the answer from jeep service was always "can not duplicate the symptom" translation- "we do not want to fix any issue until your warranty expires and we can charge you for it!" One time I brought this jeep in because the lights were out on the instrument panel- car was under bumper to bumper warranty- service guy said "can not duplicate the problem" asked for the manager and he said the same. No lights on the dash. Black as night. they can't see the problem. I am convinced that jeep service personal are encouraged, if not required, to deny all claims that warranties will cover. Needless to say that once the warranty was up I would receive a list of issues that need "immediate attention" whenever my car was in for routine oil changes.
