This data is from the NHTSA — the US gov't agency tasked with vehicle safety. Complaints are spread across multiple & redundant categories, & are not organized by problem.
So how do you find out what problems are occurring? For this NHTSA complaint data, the only way is to read through the comments below. Any duplicates or errors? It's not us.
First the front passenger side window went out and would not roll up, they replaced the window relay, then not even a month later the driver side window did the same thing. After my dad took it apart the relay he found that was not the motor at all but the Bosch gear & cable were defective, and probably from the beginning because the very start of the cable was totally pinched and caused the whole cable to get bond.
Driver side power window suddenly stopped working at 43,553 and Chrysler refuses to correct obvious defect. I have relatives with same year model that had same problem as well when I spoke to serviceman at local dealership he told me they see this problem often.
Consumer states that rotors has been replaced three times, calipers also has been replaced three times. On two occasions the passenger side regulator broke, and the window came down and would not go back up. Also, once on the driver's side. The vehicle is in the shop again for the rotors.
While driving at night or day, dashboard lights go out/ loses power in vehicle/ unable to wind window down/ open doors, and headlights go out. Dealer contacted, cannot fix problem.
