During a really cold winter the hatch would freeze shut and stay like that for days. Something got damaged and then when you would lock the car the hatch would still open when you pulled on it and the alarm would BLARE and scare the crap out of you. After a few months of this the problem worked it way around to the doors too. So if you locked the car and then went to get in to the car forgetting you locked it...The alarm would start screaming. It really freaked the kids out. They are still afraid to open the doors without checking with me first.
