Consumer is requesting reimbursement for defective ignition key locking system.** answer required***. the consumer was told there were problems where the tumbler become frozen and the locking pins fall out making the key inoperable. The consumer had a burned out tail light bulb replaced.
While parked consumer was able to shift through all gears without applying brakes. Button on shifter was not functioning. Also not able to get key out of ignition.
When towing a vehicle behind a motorhome, driver is supposed to leave key in unlocked position, however sometimes it will automatically go into lock position causing front wheels to lock and shred, $4000 damage to vehicle was done.
