There is a significant vibration in the front braking system. Consumer believes it to somehow be related to the front disc/rotor system. Consumer thinks the rear brakes have needed repair earlier than normal because of stress put on from the front braking system. Vibration starts about every 10,000 miles after a repair. Consumer has replaced rotors 3 times. The calipers were defective since the consumer purchased the vehicle and were replaced. The rotors were resurfaced twice and were replaced several times. The front pads were resurfaced. The consumer is seeking full reimbursement.
While driving there was major braking pulsation, dealer informed consumer the brakes and rotors were warped and needed to be replaced, in addition the shoe kit parking brake, shoe kit rear disc brake, brake shoe and lining assembly were replaced, consumer has had 3 sets of brakes and is again experiencing braking pulsation, and is now having to get a fourth set of brakes.
The consumer states the rotors were resurfaced and replaced more than a few times. The vehicle's stopping distance has increased as well as a violent vibration almost shaking, the steering wheel out of hand. The dealer and manufacturer were notified.

When applying brakes vehicle wobbles as it slows down. Brakes grab and release. Vehicle has been seen 3 times by dealer, but problem still exists. Consumer stated the front rotors and pads were replaced at 9497 miles, and rotors were turned at 15,863 and now vehicle needs brake work again.
While driving 55 mph applied brakes and they did not function, resulting in a minor collision. Consumer stated that brake disc pad failed, dealer replaced pads, resurfaced all rotors and replaced a faulty master cylinder which caused brake pedal to go to the floor.

When shifting vehicle in reverse it makes a loud noise and vehicle jerks. Dealership replaced tranfer case twice, and rebuiltd the driveshaft. The vehicle would not start due to fuel pump failure. Driver side wiper blade was worn out. Rear differntial was worn, also the rotors were replaced, the fule injection was serviced cleaned the throttle body, power steering fluid was serviced, tires were rotated, pinion bearings, front axles seals replaced.
Vehicle experienced major pulsation when braking, the brake and disc rotors were warped, dealer replaced those and a a pad kit, shoe kit parking brake, shoe kit rear disc brake, seal axle drive shaft, and brake shoe and lining assembly, about 6000 mile later, problem returned, brake pads and rotors were replaced along with the shoe kit front disc brake. Gear kit center differential, gear kit ring and pinion, bearing -drive pinion, shimdrive pinion, seal drive pinion, and shim differential pinion were replaced. About 12000 miles later, vehicle is experiencing brake pulsation again, dealership is stating the vehicle has rotor runnout front and rear, this will be the fourth set of brakes on this vehicle, consumer states this is a safety hazard that continues to occur.
While driving and upon applying brakes consumer brakes were vibrating, and the steering wheel wiggling. Consumer has contacted dealer. Dealer surmised that rotors have gone bad, needed replacing.
Rear brake pads and rotors replaced due to pulsating brakes, 6000 miles later, brakes were replaced again because of pulsation, now at 35000 miles the brakes are pulsating again.
