Parked vehicle and it appears to have slipped into reverse while the consumer was not in the vehicle. The vehicle backed out across the street and collided with a parked unoccupied vehicle
Consumper placed the vehicle in park and was standing in the dfoorway when the vehicle jumped out of gear and caused her to fall. The vehicle rolled over her leg and hit a forklift. Once it hit the forklift it jumped into drive and proceeded forward striking a building in front of it. 59-V629-159
Consumer states vehicle was in park when she exited, vehicle jumped out of gear and rolled into neighbors tree, when consumer got back in vehicle she noticed the vehicle was still in the park position, claim 13-9784-237.
