Rear rotors needed to be replaced after 15,000 miles because they were warped. Front rotors needed to be replaced after 12,000 miles because they were warped. The steering wheel would shake when braking because of this problem.
In April consumer was experiencing a brake problem. Took vehicle to midas. Mechanic stated that rotors were warped. When consumer applied brakes there was severe vibration.
Consumer heard a whirping sound like a window was open. Took vehicle to mechanic, and mechanic indicated that noise was coming from rear passenger's rotors. Steering wheel shook, and car pulled to the right.
Rotors warped at 24,000/30,000/33,000 with squealing. Causes brakes to vibrate severly when braking. Dealer says normal wear and tear. Putting 3rd set of rotors on 5/4/00 at 33000 miles.
Vehicle experiences excessive problem with front brake rotors warping. Dealer notified, and informed consumer that part was not cover under warranty, and replacement/repairs would be at consumer's cost.
Brake rotors continually warp. Front replaced at 8700 and 18755 miles. Front and rear resurfaced at 25000 miles. Problem has just returned at 30350 miles.
