The contact owns a 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The contact stated that the four plastic clips that held the front head lamps in place fractured. As a result, while the contact was driving, the head lamps wobbled and fell from the sockets hanging only by the wiring which caused the head lamps to point downward. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where the technician informed the contact that the manufacturer no longer manufactured the parts. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 20,000. The VIN was not available.
