Family Jeep of chadds Ford-1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee- safety recall customer states that dealership not only denied the validity of the safety recall but doubled the payment to fix the recall* the consumer stated that the dealership refused payment from daimler Chrysler when manufacturer offered to pay. The consumer provided a copy of repair invoice and copy of safety recall for vehicle.

Consumer states when braking there is vibration in the pedal. However, dealership would not honor recall 99V340000 notification even though dealerships in surrounding areas were honoring recall. Consumer is requesting reimbursement for repairs. Manufacturer notified.
