The contact owns a 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee. While driving 30 mph, the rear overhead light console collapsed inside the passenger compartment. The dealer stated that the vehicle was out of warranty and nothing could be done. The purchase date was unknown. The current and failure mileages were 80,482. Updated 02-14-08. Updated 02/14/08
When turning off heater or air conditioner intermittently alarm will go off/ interior lights will flash, and horn will go off. Vehicle taken to dealer 8-9 times in past 3 years, could not remedy. Recently dealer replaced alarm module. However, it did not remedy problem.
