The customers may have concerns of backup camera missing gridlines or showing black screen with "check entire surroundings" message while in Reverse mode. It is a backup camera initialization timing issue. Please check the backup camera and connections. This issue is recoverable with a key cycle. Replacing the radio head unit will not resolve the customer's concerns. FOTA service software release is scheduled for later June, 2021.
