The dash instrument cluster betweeen the speedometer and RPMs has went out and stopped showing any information. I can-??t tell when I am locked into 4 wheel drive, how much gas I have or anything. It-??s just a black screen.
Instrument cluster shorted and lost power. It is at the dealership. Unable to access vital vehicle information- speedometer, tachometer, fuel, mileage, etc. Other jeeps of similar year have been recalled Component is confirmed failed by dealership where the vehicle has been for the last month. No warnings.
The instrument cluster failed resulting in the batteries being drained. This resulted in the vehicle being unable to operate, start and inability to shift. This cause me to be stuck in the middle of traffic.

The instrument panel cluster of my 2020 Jeep Gladiator went blank a few months ago. Therefore, my odometer, fuel gage and several other notifications were not visible. The recall Campaign Number: 24V652000 for the instrument cluster panel does not include my vin #. I am looking to be refunded for the $$ I already had to spend to fix this and not sure how to go about getting my vehicle included in this recall.
Jeep Gladiator 7" instrument panel cluster (IPC) screen stopped working. This display shows vital vehicle information such as mileage, fuel level, engine temperature, battery voltage, tire pressure, and other important information. I believe this is a safety issue because of the fact that you have no idea how much fuel you have, which could lead to engine shutting off when fuel is empty. There were no warnings. No lights, buzzers, or any messages in the screen. There is an open recall on Jeep Gladiator and Wrangler models with the 3.5" IPC screen that stopped working (Stellantis recall #30B - issued Sept 5, 2024). My vehicle is a 2020 model with only 20,500 miles, and I am the original owner.
- Instrument panel display failure - unable to read fuel gauge, speed, and important warnings/information from the vehicle - Have not taken to dealership at this time but shows as active Recall for my make/model/year 2020 Gladiator - Only shows black screen
I was driving and my display screen started flickering then went black and now I can-??t see any messages, speedometer or fuel level. I have not had it inspected by the dealership yet.
* Instrument cluster screen went black *unable to see any safety lights, fuel, mileage or anything else displayed here. My Jeep Gladiator was not part of the recall 30B but should be.
The instrument panel cluster of my 2020 Jeep Gladiator is blank, no display. Therefore, my odometer, fuel gage and several other notifications are not visible and makes it hazardous to drive my car. My eyes keep looking to a blank blacked out panel. The recall #30B for the instrument cluster panel does not include my vin #. My Jeep service center said that it is the piece I need and it will cost $2,000 to replace. I do not have the funds for the unit. Please ask them to include my Gladiator in the recall. Thank you.

My instrument panel cluster on my 2020 Jeep Gladiator has gone totally dark...no speed, no gas gauge, no temp, no milage, no functionality...no can drive!!! I couldn't even get the emissions tested because they can't record the milage on the vehicle. There is a FCA safety recall (#30B) issued for this exact problem for my exact make/model/year, however the dealership (Premier, Hyannis Ma) says there is not a recall, stating "there's a lot of stuff on the internet, we don't have a recall for that", then handed me a $1300 quote to replace the dead panel cluster. I then called the FCA Customer service, they confirmed the recall existed, however my vin # didn't meet the recall.
The instrument panel cluster has short circuited and failed preventing the display of critical safety information such as speed, fuel levels, and engine temperature, etc. This is the same issue that other jeep gladiators have a recall for code NHTSA recall 24V652, but the service department says my jeep that has the exact same issue is not covered. There was no warning and the dash went out while driving. Please add my vin to the list that should be on the recall so that I can have my jeep repaired by the manufacturer for the safety of everyone around me.

Went to go leave for work and my instrument cluster was completely blank. Was unable to see odometer, CELs, sensors, fuel levels, etc. The cluster never turned back on. I was finally able to get it into a dealer to confirm that the cluster and the gateway module were locked up. The mileage on the vehicle is just over 61,000.
On or round 11/03/2024 the instrument panel display experienced internal short circuit and all of the cluster gauges stopped displaying information and became blank. As such, the vehicle fail to comply the requirement of the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 101, "Controls and Displays." Have been setting at the Jeep dealership since 8:30 am, 11/07/2024. Thet say I can not drive the Jeep, and will not replace the cluster gauge until I pay $949 to order gauge. A vehicle protection plan I have will replace gauge with a rebuilt one...Have heard no information, when or if this will occur.
