I took my family and I on a vacation that involved us going through the mountains. On the way back home, my clutch was starting to stick all the way into the floorboard instead of coming back up. The only way I could get it back up was by putting my foot under the pedal and pulling it up. Then, after awhile, my engine would strain to get back into gear. It would ramp up in RPMs before actually getting back into gear. We decided to take it to a shop and, surely enough, we had to replace the clutch in order to continue to drive this vehicle.
What I'm confused about is.... isn't this vehicle supposed to dominate mountains? Isn't Jeep meant for rugged terrain? I have taken other cars on this trip and that never happen.
