17 year old daughter was driving by herself and a friend for the first time in her brand 2018 Jeep Compass and the muffler fell off. She was smart enough to call Jeep Dealer to have it towed.

Jeep dealer hand no idea why but the bolts/brackets that hold the muffler on were not tightened. They fixed it and I had to fight with them to get them to pay the towing charges. But they did.
