The main dash console continues to flicker on and off. Sometimes it stops and then it won't. Have to turn screen totally off to stop the annoyance. I tried tightening down battery cables which I saw on internet and it seems to work for a while but now it has started over again.

What is the solution and can it be repaired at a reasonable price?
