I heard a poppink noise from below or underneath. Also just two days ago motor light came on. I went to dealer somerset dogde for #2 recalls one in 2017 and other 2015. They said, will call you when parts comes in. They never call me till today!
Light system turns on by them selves. Inside lights turn on by themselves wipers turn on by themselves took it to a mechanic they said it's the main control module that's faulty it should be under a recall bc he has seen this problem a few times
Power rear window intermittently would not raise after being lowered. Following a trip to my son't violin practice. After raising using the rear window power up, it raised and then worked fine. A few months later, out of the blue one morning the Jeep would not start. It was parked overnight in our driveway. Called roadside service and they attempted to jump it off with a jump box and it would still not start. Had a friend stop by and assist with jumper cables and after three attempts it started. Advance auto checked the battery/starter/alternator and all tested fine. Taken to dealer and totally integrated power modeule required changing and was not covered by either warranty or extended warranty I purchased when origionally bought. That was two weeks ago. Two days ago, out of the blue the horn honked. Then tonight, after being parked again overnight, I attempted to start my Jeep and upon turning the key in the ignition only the dash lights and radio came on X2. On the third attempt the vehicle started. First occurance was 7/26/2017 second 8/8/2017 following two days in the shop and a changed tipm.
Dangerous, engine stalling and complete electrical shut down, while driving at any speed, driving straight, turning, or just sitting there. The ABS light flashes and then everything shuts down without warning. I sit for a minute, then I can restart and the vehicle runs fine. Except for the fact that the engine stalling will happen again. I took it to the dealer, they said there are no codes indicating a problem. The dealer cannot find what this issue is. There was a recall in Dec. 2013 for the exact same problem, however, Chrysler Corp says that my VIN does not fit into vehicles that were recalled. It should be if my 2014 Jeep Compass is having the exact same problem. This is extremely dangerous, stalling in the middle of traffic both on the freeway and in the streets. And with the airbag module not replaced yet by a different recall, it makes it more dangerous if the vehicle stalls in traffic, then a car hits us and no airbag deploys.

Also, the vehicle would slow down and stop several times during the day. The contact also stated that the rear driver's side window would automatically go down without warning while driving. Have initiation switch problems. The engine will need catch when the steering wheel isn't perfectly straight while the vehicle is in park. I can shift to other gears from, park but the engine will not start. If the steering wheel is straight, I have no problems.
I purchased a 2014 Jeep Compass for my daughter from palmer's airport Hyundai in mobile al in February 2014. We have been having several issues with this vehicle. It started out not wanting to crank properly. It was then taken to roundtree dealership in mobile where tech [xxx] stated they could not find anything wrong with it. About 2 weeks later she took it to brooks motors in jackson al. They stated they started the Jeep approximately 50 times and found no problem. We then contacted Chrysler corps. To see if they could help. She has been speaking with [xxx] about the Jeep. About 3weeks ago the air conditioner stopped working properly. We were then supposed to take it back to brooks for repair and would receive a loaner until repairs were made. When she arrived they pretended they knew nothing about her coming and treated her very rudely so she left and contacted [xxx] once again. [xxx] then instructed to her to take it to [xxx] in daphne al. With an appt. And was supposed to receive a loaner if needed. My daughter arrived at 8:00 am and asked for [xxx] who did not know anything about her appt. A tech named [xxx] went ahead with appt. After inspecting the vehicle he told her they had to send info up to Chrysler to see what repairs could be done because this issue has been seen in other vehicles and would call her and let her know. [xxx] called her back the next day stating there was nothing they could do no recall has come down yet as to how to fix crank issue and ac.
