When I purchased this Automobile, I was told by the manager to bring it back after 3 years to get a clear coat of paint, I went to the dealership and I was told they don't do that anymore. I have been lied to. how can this be fixed.

I purchased this car brand new 4 months ago. I had to put a company magnet on the car. I only had it on for 2 days. Right when I took the magnet off to wash my car there was a cloudy spot. It looks like it's almost completely white where it was. I can understand it if I never took it off for many months but only for 2 days?! Clearly there is something wrong with the clear coat. There is a ton of moisture under the clear coat.
