Brand new 2014 Jeep Compass with the 430 BRZ touchscreen radio/dvd unit. Since we drove off the lot we are not able to keep the Bluetooth connected to our IPhone 5 or Galaxy 5S. Brought it in for warranty on August 30, 2014. Was told by dealer service and sales that they cannot fix the problem and my only option is to call the Jeep 800 number. I called the Jeep 800 number and was told that our IPhone 5 has IOS 7.1.2 which is not compatible with the Jeep Bluetooth. They further advised they did not know when they would be updating to 7.1.2.
So all said I have a car that I cannot use Bluetooth and both the dealer and manufacturer cannot fix the problem. What do I do next?
