My husband told me, " Do not buy a Jeep". Well I did not listen and now have to admit he was right. At 28,000 miles I had an oil leak and now at approx 43, 000 miles, 1 of the actuators need to be replaced. I am sure this is only the beginning and the other ones will need to be replaced too. Of course actuators are not covered under the extended used car warranty I purchased. I was told this is part of the comfort control system but not part of the air conditioning unit. - really. I was also told "they" are seeing where a lot of these are needing to be replaced in Arizona. Shouldn't an actuator be built to last longer than the factory warranty and to withstand hot climates. Over the last 30 years I have bought Toyotas and Nissans. This is definitely my first and last Jeep.
