58,000 miles and 3 months into owning this Jeep, we had to get the damn engine replaced!??!!??!! What company cant make an engine last more than 60,000? Chrysler I guess. Had the starter replaced already, and the battery, and the fuel pressure sensor already too. Apparently a rod bearing failed and one of the rods gouged the sh*t out of the crank shaft. Boom! Engine replacement for $100 deductible with our extended warranty. Such bullshit though.

The vehicle has stalled on me twice. The first time I took it to the dealership for repair, they kept it 4 days, 2 1/2 days later the vehicle stalled while driving. Took it back on 3/16. It is still at the dealership and no one will give me an answer as to what is wrong or when I will get it back. Only response I get is that a call has been send to Chrysler technicians.

MY CONCERN IS THIS IS MY THIRD VISIT FOR THE CEL COMING ON. DEALER UNABLE TO FIND EMISSIONS LEAK, ADVISING THE CUSTOMER THAT IT IS THE CUSTOMER IMPROPERLY FUELING THE VEHICLE BY SUBMISSION OF THE FUEL TANK BEING AT LEVEL FULL OR ALMOST FULL. THE FUEL TANK IS AT 1/4 FULL NO FUEL HAS BEEN ADDED IN OVER A WEEK, CEL HAS COME ON AGAIN. INSULTING CUSTOMERS IS NOT FIXING THE CONCERN. THE CEL CAME ON BECAUSE IT IS DOING IT''S JOB INDICATING THERE IS A PROBLEM. THE PROBLEM CAN BE A MINOR OR MAJOR ISSUE. MOST LIKELY IT IS AN EMISSION LEAK, COULD EVEN BE AT THE FUEL CAP. HOWEVER SMOKE TEST SHOULD BE PERFORMED BEFORE INSULTING THE CUSTOMER..(BY THE WAY--I AM AN AUTOMOTIVE WARRANTY ADMINISTRATIOR FOR THE PAST 24 YEARS AND OVER 10 OF THOSE YEARS WAS WITH CHYSLER,DODGE,JEEP'S). THIS IS OUR 7TH CHYRSLER JEEP PRODUCT WHICH 5 OF THEM HAVE BEEN JEEPS. WE HAD A JEEP WRANGLER 2004 THAT WE BOUGHT NEW THAT HAD A RECURRING DRIVEABILITY ISSUE SO BAD THAT WE SOLD IT..THE PERSON TOOK IT OUT OF STATE..
