I was in an auto accident in May, when the passenger seat belt broke, the whole anchor unit came undone from the metal on the door and my son was badly injured. Still waiting on Jeep to give me any kind of response. Chrysler sent an EAA investigator in June but no results or any response so far which is very annoying. I will never own A CHRSYLER product ever again.
