TL- the contac owns a 2008 Jeep Commander. Was traveling 30mph when the front axel broke. The vehicle was towed to the dealer diagnose that front axel broke because of a catostrophic defect. The dealer spoke to the manufacture requesting a new vehicle. Current and failure mileage were 75.
