The contact owns a 2008 Jeep Commander. While the vehicle was stationary, the key became stuck in the ignition. In addition, the air bag, ABS, and traction control indicators illuminated. Napleton's river oaks Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in lansing, Illinois was made aware of the failure and replaced the ignition switch and the ignition key. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and stated that there was no recall. The VIN was invalid. The failure mileage was approximately 119,000.
Upon driving my Jeep Commander the car will slow down. You have to pull over shut the car off and restart and slowly excel and sometimes it will happen again. I have had the traction indicator come on occasionally. The car only has 87,000 miles is this part of the recall?
