Purchased the vehicle new on March 30, 2018 - We noticed a couple of times that the interior lights would randomly come on and off without anyone in the car or it being started. On April 4 the car wouldn't start. Tow assistance carried it to the dealership and said there was a bad cell in the battery. Replaced battery.
Two weeks later on April 19, it wouldn't start again. Once again it was towed to dealership. They ran a diagnostic test and said they couldn't find anything wrong. Accused me on not knowing how to press the on/off switch correctly to turn the vehicle off. When I went to pick it up on the afternoon of April 19, I was told that several people in the mechanics bay had seen what I had reported. The dash lights came on automatically without the key being anywhere near the vehicle.
April 20, I returned it to the dealership for them to run a 24 hour diagnostic test. I'm still waiting on the results of this test. I'm beyond frustrated. I drove a 2007 Camry until I purchased this Jeep and it NEVER failed to start or had one problem. I'm afraid I'm about to learn a very expensive lesson by not repurchasing a Camry!
